Since then he's worked many years with moulders, grinders, and profile template designs. Eight of those years were spent as a service engineer for the Michael Weinig Company. His duties have included installation, field service training, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial moulders and grinders. He has personally trained over a thousand moulder/grinder operators. Russ also received Prestigious Recognition in Shelter Magazine's inaugural listing of "Most Influential People in the Millwork Industry" March 2007 issue.
