Problem:
When I try and go to a new page in the profile catalog
I end up in a completely different
section?
Explanation: You likely
added our site to your favorites while you were in the
profile catalog. This causes troubles for Internet Explorer.
Solution:
- Delete us from Favorites (only temporarily, of course!)
Select Favorites >> Organize Favorites >> highlight
our line and press 'Delete' button
- Delete your cookies
Click on the Tools button >> Internet Options >> General (tab up top) >> 'Delete Cookie' Button in the center of the menu
- Go to our homepage.
- Add us to your favorites again.
